– Early returns do not entitle you to a refund for the unused rental period.

– Renters are responsible for the care and proper use of the equipment.
– Any damage or loss of equipment during the rental period will result in charges for repair or replacement.

**5. Delivery and Collection**

– Equipment will be delivered to the specified arrival location.
– It is the renter’s responsibility to be present at the time of delivery.
– Additional charges may apply for late returns or if equipment is not collected as agreed.

**6. Cancellation Policy** 

– Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the rental period will receive a full refund.
– Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost.

**7. Liability** 

– WJL Mobility is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred while using the rented equipment.
– Renters are encouraged to have their own travel insurance.

**8. Health and Safety** 

– Renters must inform WJL Mobility of any health conditions that may affect their ability to use the equipment safely.
– We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the equipment will not be used safely.

**9. Changes to Terms** 

– WJL Mobility reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
